Is Ebdaha really free?
Yes. The free plan is permanent, not a trial: you open your store and take orders without paying anything and without a card. It does not end on a date.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no card, and Pro has a 14-day free trial without a card too.
How does the Pro trial work?
Start it from this page or from your dashboard with one click, once per store, for 14 days, with everything in Pro open to you. The dashboard shows the days left and the date you go back to the free plan; when it ends, your store returns to it automatically, with its products and orders untouched.
Is there commission on sales?
No. We take no commission on your sales on any plan.
How do I subscribe to Pro and pay?
Request the upgrade from your dashboard and our team emails you the bank-transfer details; once they confirm the money arrived, your plan is activated. There is no card payment for now.
Can I open more than one store?
Yes, up to three stores on the same account, and you switch between them from the dashboard.
