The formal agreement

01 Acceptance of terms

These terms (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Ebdaha platform, offered by Sa7 Information Technology Co.

By using the platform — whether by creating an account, browsing the site, or subscribing to a plan — you expressly agree to all provisions of this Agreement. If you don't agree with any clause, you must stop using the service immediately.

02 Eligibility & account creation

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your country, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of contracting and not prohibited from using the service under any law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at registration.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or free trials is strictly prohibited.

The company reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account if it discovers any false information or violating behavior.

03 Description of the service

Ebdaha is a SaaS platform that lets merchants create and manage online stores without coding. The service includes:

• Store-building tools (themes, pages, editors).
• Product, inventory, and category management.
• Order and payment processing via approved gateways.
• Shipping and delivery carrier integrations.
• Analytics and performance reports.
• A free subdomain (e.g. yourstore.sa7.net) or the option to connect a custom domain.

The company reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with prior notice if the change is material.

04 Plans & payment

Billing

• Subscriptions are available monthly or annually.
• For annual billing, the full amount is charged up front with an automatic 17% discount.
• All prices are in Egyptian Pound (EGP), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Renewal is automatic unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Transaction fees

In addition to subscription fees, transaction fees apply to each sale processed via payment gateways. The rate varies by plan and is additional to the payment gateway's own fees.

Late payment

• If a payment attempt fails, we give you 7 days to update your payment method.
• After 7 days, your store is temporarily suspended (your data is preserved).
• After 30 days of suspension, we reserve the right to permanently delete data.

05 Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans, no credit card required. During the trial you get full access to all features on the selected plan.

• After the trial, your store automatically moves to the Free plan unless you pick a paid plan.
• One trial per person / company / IP address.
• The company reserves the right to cancel a trial for misuse.

06 Cancellation & refund

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until the renewal date.

Refund policy

• Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable.
• Annual subscriptions: partial refund available within the first 30 days only.
• Transaction fees: non-refundable under any circumstance.

07 Content & products

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to your store (products, images, text, logos). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all information shown in your store (prices, descriptions, specifications).
• Ensuring content is not copied and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Obtaining the licenses and approvals required for products you sell.
• Complying with consumer-protection laws in your country and your customers' countries.

08 Prohibited uses

Using Ebdaha for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Selling illegal or smuggled products
• Drugs and prohibited substances
• Firearms and ammunition
• Counterfeit and forged goods
• Pornographic or offensive content
• Incitement to violence or hatred
• Money laundering and terrorism financing
• Attempting to hack or misuse the platform

Any violation results in immediate account closure without notice, while the company reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

09 Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform — including code, designs, default themes, logos, trademarks, and marketing content — are wholly owned by Sa7 and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• The name "Ebdaha" and the "أب/AB" logo are registered trademarks.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Content you upload remains yours — the platform only receives an operational license.
• Any feedback you submit becomes the company's property and may be used without compensation.

10 Limitation of liability

The service is provided "As-Is" and "As-Available", without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

The company is not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damages from using the service or being unable to use it.
• Losses of profit, customers, data, or business reputation.
• Damages resulting from service downtime or technical errors.
• Third-party conduct (payment gateways, shippers, customers).
• Data loss caused by your failure to keep backups.

In all cases, the company's maximum aggregate liability to you is the total you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate any clause of this Agreement.
• Fail to pay any outstanding amount.
• Use the platform for prohibited purposes.
• Endanger the security of the platform or other users.
• Are subject to legal obligation or court order.

On termination for violation, no amounts are refunded and you immediately lose access to your data.

12 Governing law & disputes

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, regardless of conflict-of-laws principles.

• Any dispute arising from or related to the Agreement is first resolved amicably within 30 days.
• If amicable resolution fails, the dispute is referred to the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
• The language of arbitration is Arabic.
