01 Introduction
Welcome to Ebdaha — the e-commerce store-builder platform from Sa7 (sa7.net). This policy explains the conditions for refunding your subscription, so you can rest assured your money is in safe hands.
We're committed to customer satisfaction — no one should pay and not get the value they were promised.
Important note: You can request a refund within 14 days of payment, as long as the account complies with the Terms of Service. Most refunds complete within 3–5 business days.
02 Scope
This policy covers the following Ebdaha products and services:
- Subscription plans: Basic, Pro, Business — monthly or annual.
- Add-ons: extra storage, paid themes, transactional email bundles.
- Transaction fees: not refundable after a transaction completes on your store.
This policy does not cover third-party services purchased via the Apps Marketplace — each developer has their own policy.
03 Eligibility
For your request to be accepted, the following must apply:
- Within 14 days of first payment or renewal.
- Account is active and in good standing — no material warnings on record.
- No more than 20% of account resources (email, storage, transactions) have been consumed.
- Payment was made with an approved method (Visa/Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, or verified bank transfer).
- No prior refund has been issued on the same plan within the last 6 months.
- A clear reason provided so we can learn and improve.
04 Non-refundable cases
In certain cases we cannot issue a refund — we're transparent about this from the start:
- After 14 days from the subscription date or auto-renewal.
- Custom Setup fees: design or development work already performed.
- Partial months: we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months after 14 days.
- Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service (fraud, prohibited content, abuse).
- Payment-gateway and shipping fees paid to external parties cannot be recovered.
Setup fees are non-refundable: If your plan includes custom design or data migration from another platform, that service fee is non-refundable once we start the work.
05 Timeframe
Once your refund request is approved, we initiate the transfer within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on:
- Your bank or financial provider: some banks take 3 days, others up to 10.
- Original payment method: Visa and Mastercard are fastest; bank transfer is slowest.
- Timing: requests received before 2pm are processed the same day.
- Currency and country: international transfers may need extra clearing time.
We email you the moment the request is approved, and again when the transfer completes — with a reference number you can use with your bank if anything is delayed.
06 How to request a refund
The process is simple — just 3 steps:

Fill the refund form
We'll send you a short form to fill in the reason, invoice number, and the bank account that should receive the refund.
Receive your refund
After approval, we transfer via the original payment method and email you a confirmation the moment it's sent.
Most refunds within 3–5 days: The accounting team reviews requests daily. If your account qualifies, we'll process it as fast as possible.

If the original card expired or was closed, no problem — send a letter from your bank confirming this, and we'll transfer to a bank account in your name.
